Are Inuit and other First Nation hunters subject to the same game laws as "white" Canadian hunters are? I was of the opinion that the Inuit and Polar Bears have been sharing similar territory for quite a spell. Perhaps the scientists need to live in an Inuit village for a while to see for themselves what the Inuit(s) already know.

It is my understanding that the Inuit have their own quota for PB and Whales.
