Hello,

Recently purchased a week stay for 2 hunters in South Africa with Nb Safaris for plains game with one trophy fee included for each hunter. I have searched their website, the internet, and spoke with the state side rep via email and on the phone and I'm hoping some people here have some reviews on the outfit. What information I have found is very limited and hit and miss on being a good experience. I purchased the hunt at a charity event after a friend won the same trip in a raffle there. So there would be 5 of us hunting and have been told the property is approx 20,000 acres. I guess my biggest concern is not knowing much about it and deciding on the trip and type of animals with limited information. If that means not going and booking somewhere else so be it. Any help would be great.

Some of those prices are nosebleed high.
LOL !
Only a nose bleed ?
After i spilt me cuppa I weed me undies !
Just saying !

I thought POR was for the big 5 ?
Not blooby Kudu .What the hell comes after $7000 ????

I think if you have to ask, you can't afford it... i turned down sable that were less expensive than that. That's leopard/ elephant fee range. Make sure you are holding the smart end of the tape measure. Makes it hard to hunt sliding fee areas.

I think the OP got an answer!

Have a look around AH for some comparisons.

Good luck with your hunt plans.

Totally agree !!
Someone must pay these fees surely ?
Otherwise they wouldnt be in business .
On the bright side a Kudu measuring 57 15/16 must be free .
Just saying .

Hendo.
For comparison You say 20000 acres. I just returned from Africa where one of my hunts had 500000 acres available. The kudu deal was55 and over for 2950 trophy fee. No kudu no fee-total refund. I looked over 45 bulls up to around56-57 and never found THE ONE. I agree with the others your quotes are outrageous. PM me if you want info. Don’t know these folks but think you might do better. Never let quotes stop you from going
Cheers Jacques

The prices do look higher then others and I appreciate the feed back. Any comments inregards to an experience hunting there?

First off 5 buddies hunting together sounds like a hoot Don’t let things like trophy fees stop you guys. It’s possible severe drought has killed off most big kudu or as breeders they would just as soon keep them. 100000 rand for 60inch bulls is paid all the time Again I do not know them and don’t believe in burning bridges. Best of luck and let nothing stop you

Its going to be a family hunt. My girlfriend, her dad and her brother is the vet that won the raffle and his son. Probably never get it like this again. The prices arent really the catching point is how the place rates is what has me. If we have the place to our selves is 20,000 acresa good size, average or small for the specie variety offered?

please have a look at the sponsers on here !!!!
Same trip but at a third of the cost !!
You can do better !!!!
Just saying .

20000 acres is average .
I hunted 150,000 hectres in Namibia by myself and with my wife .
sorry I keep coming back .
But unless money dosnt matter you can do so much better .
Just saying .:A Camping:

Well money always matters, but her brother wouldnt go if he did win the raffle and then if that was the case not sure her dad would either then if his son wasnt going. Make sense? Id go no matter because Ive always wanted too. Them not so sure. Complicated, yes!!

Hi Hendo.

You can send me an email or a PM and we can work something out if you would like. 50 000+ acres karoo property and good coastal areas for hunting. We only hunt one group at a time enough space for your group to have a good time.

Kind Regards
Juan Stander
