SOUTH AFRICA: Bos en Dal Safaris

I hunted for a hard week with Gerrit van Vuuren of Bos en Dal Safaris, based near Koster in "The Platinum Province."
My reason for choosing this company was the good service in replying to my questions and the fact that Gerrit was prepared to collect me at Oliver Tambo and not neccessitate another flight - something I have had to do several times before.
He had created a good value "Spiral Horn" package for me. We almost achieved it but that damn big bull Eland evaded us! I added other animals too and had a great time.
I've uploaded some photos in the members galleries, but here are some again.

Some great animals and the kudu is also nice that you posted in the members galleries.That eland may have not been taken but the wildbeast is a great one and a good swap.How big were the bushbuck and nyala they both look very good

Nice trophies! Like the bushbuck. Good wildebeest. Interestingly, a friend of mine farms cattle near Koster. Good country. Hope you get that Eland next time around!
