Incredibly interesting

Well, that’s something you don’t see everyday. What caliber?

500/450 #1. MINT bore.

With one swoop of the side lever the breech block is unlocked, raised and the hammer is cocked and the case extracted and ejected.

Sopers are very rare especially in the "Sporting" configuration. Less than 700 of all variations were produced. Most were military rifle configuration and very few were sporters.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
