This is one from a chapter about wildcats in the timeless Ladeboken nr 3 . Published in the mid 90s .

What it is about is the easy remake of a say .308 or .30-06 double or drilling or combo gun into a Rimmed one .

All is needed is a 7x65R case , reformed and trimmed and then get a gun smith to make a groove in the ejector or likely the Extractor for the R .

And plus side , you can still fire the same standard ammo as your own reloads .

I heard about a drilling in 6,5x55 being so altered to also use 6,5x57R case and also the same x55 case .

In case someone wonders about my post , well alternatives when price quote for selling such a dr set is way lower one hoped and price to alter the extractors and some 7x65R cases will be the same .

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
