Very Bright Scope that will give you another 30 minutes or more in the Deer stand with the brightness of 56mm plus the illumination is amazing..very faint red dot to very bright ! This Reticle is similar to German #4 but not the exact same..It is also in the 2nd plane (grows when you zooom in)
No major marks or blems or ring marks..With factory caps and original box...Only 13" long and 24oz...This is as good as it gets for your hunting rifle!
By the way I was able to use Med height rings on Dads Rem 700 7mm Mag BDL

If I hadn’t just picked up a Z6, I would really consider this. I’ve never owned (or even looked through) a S&B. How does this compare to the various Swaro lines?

Well I have had them all from A to Zeiss! (lol)
The later Zeiss are great as is all the Swarovski (& Kahles) but the Schmidt Benders are know to be super rugged and the Best Glass around..I know that's saying alot and some may differ but it would be hard to beat this one....Also it is illuminated which helps you find the reticle in extended low light that this will give you..
Which Swarv did you just get?

2.5-15x44 non-illuminated unfortunately, but it seemed like a price I couldn’t pass up.
Thanks for sharing the info. I would like to look through one of those S&B’s one day, maybe even own one.
