I saw this guy on Ted talks on you tube. I think it is interesting on so many levels because he is going against the norm and his ideas are working -- but because it does not fit the narrative, he is met with incredible opposition.
He is also funded by hunting -- they state that the environmental weenies who don't help at all and it is all subsidized by hunting-- not to mention it reinforces some key tenants to our way of life. We are not harminganyhting-- we are in fact helping everything. At least it is what my narrow minded way of looking at this video shows. Very interesting a little dry but if you like this stuff like I do. The link is not to the TED talk but rather to information abut his ranch.

I find this holistic grazing management concept very exciting and encouraging. I am a professional animal nutritionist, and have made my living helping people to manage their intensive livestock and poultry operations. The rest of the time I've spent hunting and fishing and generally enjoying the outdoors and wildlife. In the western world, we tend to separate agriculture and the enjoyment of nature to the detriment of both. Or some of us believe that eliminating the farming of grazing animals will save the earth. There is a better way. This guy brings innovative ideas and common sense together in a positive, productive, and socially progressive way. Bravo!

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
