Rare and hard to find Ruger M77 Express in .270 Win. If you are looking for one of these for your collection it will be difficult to do better than this one.
This rifle is 100% original and in “Like New” condition. Comes with scope rings and the Ruger box it shipped in from the factory. The box is in just OK condition.
I have never fired this rife and I cannot see evidence that it has been fired since leaving the Ruger facility.
Rifle features Circassian walnut stock with very nice figuring and dark streaks throughout along with ebony fore end cap and factory rubber butt plate/pad.
Integral Quarter Rib with express sight - 1 standing and 1 folding leaf, and barrel band sling swivel.
Barrel length is 22”
Pictures to follow later tonight unless the AH picture gods think otherwise ;)
I am happy to answer any questions or provide additional info/pics as requested, in this Thread or via PM. I am also happy to provide my cell # via PM if you prefer to communicate on the phone.
Asking price $2100 + shipping to your FFL (USA only). Payment method - Money Order, bank check or personal check. I will wait to ship rifle until check has cleared and funds deposited. I do not accept Pay Pal.

If it was in 30-06...and if I wasn't getting married...Ruger's finest rifles.
I agree, the Express‘ are really something special. Ruger did everything right on these.
And while I can’t help you with the getting married part, it just so happens I do have one in .30-‘06 which is for sale! :A Stirring: I just haven’t had time to take pics and post it up.
And it will even be a little bit less money than this .270 as I don’t have scope rings or the factory box for the ‘06, although rings are available from Ruger.
So, what I would do if I were you is buy this .30-‘06 as a wedding gift for your bride to be and everybody’s happy! I’ll make you a killer deal, I mean it’s your wedding after all :A Banana:

Hi All,
The Express in .30-‘06 is Sold Pending Funds
The .270 is still available.
Thank you to those who have reached out to me so far.

I hope Munro bought it?
I believe his fiancee’ told him anything short of a vintage double and the wedding is off!
:E Lol:
Seems like a keeper to me!

Beautiful rifle Dan! Congratulations on moving them so quickly!

Dan that rifle is stunning. No wonder it is gone already!

Congrats to both buyer and seller.
Cody and Tim, thank you both! Sad to see them go, they are beautiful rifles. I’m sure they will be in good hands though. Glad they are going to a couple fellow AH’ers.

And just a not-so-subtle, shameless plug ;) I’m fresh out of Ruger Express’ now, but there will be a couple of very interesting firearms posted for sale in the coming days…

I don't know about that Dan....I think one of them might have gone to a pretty shady character!!

Yes, I have the same concern! But I guess every family has that one wayward son…
And just to be clear, we are talking about a purchaser of an Express in .338 Win Mag who shall remain nameless to protect the innocent. Namely ME! :ROFLMAO:

Hi Jon,
I saw your post for the .500 NE cases. Are these all brass or are they nickel plated? Hard for me to tell... sorry.
Thanks,
