Good day AH community,

We cannot believe the 2023 season is nearly over already - it seemed to fly by in a flash! A huge thank you must be said for the tremendous support from the AH community - you guys were all an absolute pleasure to host. We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying reminiscing about all the wonderful adventures you hopefully embarked on this year. If not then hopefully you are busy planning your next one! We had a wonderful season seeing old clients again and new clients for the first time!

We have been lucky enough to have hunted some truly fantastic Roan over the years. In 2019 we were lucky enough to take 3 bulls over 27 1/2 inches with the biggest one being 29 1/2! 2020 was obviously a break year for most of us however that just meant bigger Roan in 2021! And that was luckily the case as we hosted a member of AfricaHunting and managed to guide him to a monster Roan bull of 30 3/4 inches! So there are definitely some great genetics in our areas, and one can only imagine what's out there with only one bull being hunted in the 2021 and 2022 season's respectively. Roan Hunt Package 2024:

5 Days/6 Nights

*Extra hunter's and observers welcome to join

Package includes:
• Licensed Professional Hunter, a Tracker, Skinner and hunting vehicle.
• Accommodation on a full board basis, incl. non-alcoholic drinks and table beer/wine
• Transfer from and to Johannesburg international Airport.
• Transport between and on hunting Area A and Area B
• Laundry service (Except on Sundays).
• Field preparation of Trophies.

Package excludes:
• Flight from and to Johannesburg International Airport, and any national flights from one concession to the next.
• Hard tack (whiskey, brandy etc)
• Firearms and ammunition. (Rifle Hire available at request)
• Hotel accommodation before and after the hunt – if required.
• Taxidermy, packing, insurance, transport.
• Dipping and shipping of trophies.
• Personal expenses ex. Tips, Telephone, Souvenirs etc.

I can vouch for these guys! It's a great group with a wonderful hunting area. I was fortunate enough to hunt with them last year and take a 28+ Roan and great Sable on the same hunt within hours of each other!! Accommodations are perfect and they will do everything they can to make sure you have a great hunt and experience while in the bush!
