I bought this rifle new. Sure it has less than 100 rounds through it. I prefer Bobs favorite the 243 Lol. One mark on side, photo shows it, otherwise is in mint shape comes with base and rings. $825 plus shipping.

I've got 22-250 dies if needed

Looks like this is gone, but if you still have it I would think of trading my REM 700 .243 with timney from 80's.

The older Remington 700’s are real shooters. I have a BDL in 17 REM and a VSSF in 220 Swift. Two of my favorites in the stable.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.

may I suggest Intaba Safaris in the East Cape by Port Elizabeth, Eugene is a great guy, 2 of us will be there April 6th to April 14th. he does cull hunts(that's what I am doing) and if you go to his web site he is and offering daily fees of 200.00 and good cull prices. Thanks Jim
Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
