Hello All,

I am looking for recommendations for a good Wyoming Antelope hunt (rifle) outfitter with a high success rate.

Thanks as always!

I cant remember the guys name.. but @roverandbrew knows a guy in Colorado that has a super high success rate, and is just a great guy to go hunt with... I'd reach out to him and ask who it was he hunted pronghorn with..

Not Wyoming.. but pronghorn land in CO is just a short drive from WY.. :)

Hows their tag draw system?

Table Mountain Outfitters out of Cheyenne Wyoming.

I just finished a hunt with them and couldn't be happier.

They have a lot of return hunters.

Tina and I hunted with Bighorn Outfitters in Buffalo Wy. Doubled up within the first two hours of the first day. Wasn't looking for trophy quality, just a fun hunt for Tina because she likes the little ones. There are plenty private land Pronghorn to choose from, but nothing that would make the record books. Easy to draw tags too.

On the other hand, if you're after the macho grande of Pronghorn, and the higher price is no issue, these are your guys.

In central Wyoming a non resident needs around 8+ points for a good unit. The best units take 15-18pts.

You want to pick an outfitter/area based on your points.
I have 6 for pronghorn 6 for like deer and 6 for elk. Making progress but not there yet

I hunted twice with SNS Outfitters. They are the largest outfitter in Wyoming and do a very good job on their hunts. Excellent guides and access to a lot of great ranches. As a non resident, I was able to hunt with only a couple of points.

I did get mad at SNS on my last hunt. I booked the hunt a year ahead of time, signed a contract and sent a deposit. A few months later, they sent me a letter saying the price with up a couple hundred bucks. I paid it, but I doubt I'd would hunt with them again.

I highly recommend Chance at
He specializes in really big goats.

I recently had a great hunt with Triple Three Outfitters near Buffalo, WY, my pic the buck antelope I got earlier this month is attached.

If you have zero points they have a unit they can recommend you put in for, and if you have two points, like I did, you can probably draw unit 102, and they have access to some big private ranches that border public land.

I think they claim 100% success on rifle antelope hunts, and I think that is very realistic as long as the hunter isn't too picky, there are lots and lots of antelope all over that part of Wyoming.

My brother went there twice and they are very good.

How many points did it take to draw

One thing with hunting antelope in Wyoming is that unless you are looking for a spectacular buck you'll have no problem getting one.

My last hunt lasted all of 15-20 minutes. As I had mentioned I hunted with Table Mountain Outfitters. They have a number of private ranches under contract and you hunt out of their bunkhouse. If you want to fly in you'll fly to Denver and rent a car and drive to Cheyenne about a hour away. I got there on Tuesday, and and shot my antelope on Wednesday morning. They have a meat cooler and freezer on site if you want to cut up your meat. But a butcher is available for $150.

An outfitter could certainly make the hunt “easier” as far as logistics, scouting ahead, taking care of the animal, etc. That said, I don’t think the hunt would be very hard to do it on your own, unless that just isn’t your thing. Plenty of resources out there to help you do it on your own. Either way, it’s a pretty relaxing hunting experience in my opinion.

Sir, I think I have been writing to you about the purchase of the HK 639 rifle under an email "Tt Jake." If this is you, then I am truly interested. I am just trying to verify identify. Tt Jake is asking for a cash transaction. No disrespect intended, Just trying to verify who I am talking to. Thank you. Respectfully. Dan

Hey my friend, I am returning to SA for a Cape Buffalo hunt in June 26. My outfitter has suggested Highveld but I have read some poor reports. Wondering how satisfied you were with your mounts from them? Thanks in advance.
Finally back to somewhat normal I missed reading the messages and posts
