SA Airlink is showing that one can only travel with a firearm to Victoria Falls from South Africa. That's seems wrong, but their website has that referenced. Has anyone recently flown that route with ammunition so I can have some peace of mind for my trip in three weeks? I'm also reaching out to Gracy if they have had any issues with their clients on that route.

I traveled Airlink this year to Bulawayo with no problems. I doubt your experience will be any different. You just have to check your ammo box as separate luggage. It can’t be in with your main luggage. They will sort all of that out when you check in. I assume you’re laying over in SA? Firearms are $35 each both going and coming back.

I flew that exact flight from JNB to VFA on May 9. I booked through Shawn Kennedy of Gracy Travel and had Bruce assist us at JNB. With Bruce’s assistance, it was easy-peasy. No issues at all, as long as you abide by the rules.

Thanks guys. @DLSJR I'm using the same. Staying in City Lodge overnight, then fly out the next day to VF.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
