Professional Hunting School

Alright! I am new to this forum however I have been reading everything on the website for almost 2 years! Now to the question! I have read the many threads on how to become a PH and PH schools and I know there are huge hurdles to jump but I am willing to put forth 200% effort as this is my goal and dream! I'm looking for a PH school that the GI Bill will pay for, if you know of any please let me know! So far I have only found one and it's through COAGS and the course can be found here http://guideschool.com/programs/africa/ I have tried to call but I have got no responses on there curriculum and if the certification that you get will count for South Africa PHing. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Skip the middle man and go directly to a PH school in RSA.

My goals would be to accomplish a school, get my permanent residence permit for SA, get my ph license, and then get my outfitters license!

Playing the devil here but the reality of the South Africa hunting industry is less hunters and less money spent every year for about the last 10 years, peaking in '07. Therefore you are coming in on the downhill side of the curve. Another thing to consider is their political stability. Having said that, have you considered Namibia or another country where hunter numbers have been increasing and there is more political stability?

All honesty I would not mind any countries on he Africa continent! Namibia would be awesome as well

A hell of a dream. At the very least you will be more tuned in to the natural world than most. Go for it!
One very experienced PH I've hunted with runs a school in Vanderkloof, Northern Cape. Just another option to consider.
