Sorry for bringing up any traumatic memories, but I pride myself on being a pleasant guest and I enjoy stories of people who don't!

I'm sure you guys get plenty of wealthy people who can't hunt at all, were particularly rude, etc. and just want a hunting trophy as a status symbol back home.

My last PH told me about an oak from America that brought his .50 cal to shoot impala , he missed 80% of his shots due to it's recoil and ended up using the Ph's .243

That's funny.

I don't think they necessarily have to be wealthy. I know guys that are poor and can't hit shit.
Agree, here in the states we have the 8, 10 and 12 inch pie platers that have trouble hitting them at 50 yards and some of them have pickup trucks whose value changes with the amount of gas in the tank.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
