Here I'm with my son, after a hard hunt. Snow was blowing sideways and the wind blowing at 40+ miles per hour, not the easiest hunt, but we had fun doing it.

Here is my Weatherby Athena with two birds I shot. :D

Been many years since I've done a pheasant hunt, miss that.

Nothing like chasing Roosters in the snow.
Not an easiest day in the field but that pile looks like you did pretty well.

I don't know what was worst, walking into the wind, or blocking. Yes, chasing those roosters in the snow was a lot of fun, the dogs were having a blast! This was my son's first time hunting pheasants, and now he is hooked.

It's not about limiting out, your time with family is priceless.

In five minutes I am out chasing these willy birds in South Dakota.

My hunts have been tough this year, would not have it any other way. The bird numbers are way down, but they will come back.

Roger, you got that right! There is no price on the the memories & family quality time my son and I had that week.....priceless!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
