Outfitter recommendations for Mexico turkey hunt

Okay guys in the early planning stage of a Mexico turkey hunt to complete a world slam.
When we hunted Gould's in Mexico it was not the best experience. Looking for a reputable outfitter
For a safe hunt more than anything. The ocellated is my last sub species and would love to get it but
not at risk of life or limb, lol. Thanks in advance for any and all information!

I recently saw Jim Shokeys show and he got one in southern mexico. Dont know the outfitter.
