So, I have to go elsewhere. Planning my first sub-Saharan trip (only been to Djibouti & the Seychelles); we're focused on Tanzania and hope to include time to hunt.
Back in 2018 I flew home from RSA through New York and while waiting for guns to clear we met a man and his son also from DC. They had enjoyed a successful hunt that included sable and buffalo. They were good company.
I hope you can likewise make a successful hunting adventure far from home. Good luck planning the trip and making it happen!
