I have been reading posts for about a year and finally decided to join. There is a lot of great information on these pages! I have not yet been to Africa, but am hoping to in a few years. In the mean time I'm doing as much hunting as I can here in the States.

Welcome aboard MIsportsman. I'm from MI as well (off I75 mile marker 28) AH is certainly the best place to get info about hunting in Africa. But a more careful look will show that hunting in general, reloading, rifles in general and optics are frequent topics of conversation. The folks on AH will help you plan and make sure you are properly armed (at least from and advisory aspect.) It's all fun, hop on and enjoy the ride!!
