New from NC and going to Africa this Summer

My wife and I are heading to SA for our first safari this summer (2018). Also, our daughter is posted with the Peace Corps in Botswana so it will be over a year since we have seen her. We are going to the Dixie Deer Classic the first weekend of March 2018 to interview a couple of outfitters. Any questions you think we should ask would be greatly appreciated.
