I feel for you. I woke up Saturday morning to what sounded like a tractor in my front yard. We had 5 and a half inches of rain Friday night and even with that amount of rain I don’t get any flooding but I looked out and there was a river flowing down my driveway. My yankee transplant neighbor was diverting the water from his driveway to my property and in the process washing out my driveway and water nearly came in my barn.
We had a spirited conversation and he finally agreed to stop but when we left to go to my parents house for Mother’s Day he dug it out deeper.

Not the first time he’s done this we’ve lived in the house since 1998 and never had problems with flooding until this yahoo started clearing land and filling in a retention pond and building berms. That’s even with tropical storm and hurricane rains in the double digits.

What he said. Sow them along most likely violation routes. Place prominent signage along property line with message such as: "No Trespassing - Unauthorized Vehicles Prohibited beyond this point"

They can be collected with a large magnet after each party weekend to avoid damage to lawnmower tires, etc.

I used to have issues with a pervert peeper neighbor who liked to sneak and peek around my house. One afternoon, when I knew he was home, I had a buddy who owned a machinegun, stop by and we burned thru a few hundred rounds of 223 really fast up the hollow well within earshot. Problem solved. He never set foot on my place again the whole time I lived there. The key is, without being rude to your neighbor, to make the trespass violation seem scarier for his guests, than the alternative. Sometimes it takes a creative solution.

But, avoid the stupid signs like the old, "No Trespassing, violators will be shot". Those imply illegal action and can leave you very liable if someone was shot accidentally or even justifiably. No need to open such cans of worms. Stay legal and amiable while making it untenable for the guests to violate your domain.

I tend to like to large rock barrier along the property line but cannot envision your situation.

Seriously I got hurt right before deer season a buddy came and cut some shooting lanes every where he piled H L limbs I now have trees starting and the thorns will go in a Massey furggerson tire

In hindsight we probably should’ve built on the west end of our property and not the east end but that would’ve brought on a lot of other issues building roads putting in culverts and such. Couldn’t afford that way back then.

It's not that easy. Like I said earlier, the fence will cover only one area, unless I go all the way to the street which is not allowed.

My wife has a chihuahua that is guaranteed to keep any living thing out of your yard, from tree frogs to bull elephant! Rent free and delivered free.

If I lived in the city and had a neighbor and was having a party, with people parking on my lawn. I would personally direct the parking of the cars myself. Using the first arrivals cars as the barrier.

My beef would be with your neighbor not respecting your property. If he isn’t offering to repair it. I would immediately put a line of shrubs or trees that would quickly grow into his yard.

In most jurisdictions your neighbors can trim your bushes, or trees as much as they want as long it is only on/above their property. They can't trim anything on your property but a straight line directly up above the property line.
