Need Cartridge Samples

This may be a strange request but I am in search of 5 different calibers of brass ammo to provide to my knife and leather guy to use for sizing purposes. He is custom making cartridge pouches for me and needs samples. The calibers I’m looking for are:
.458 win mag
.470 nitro express
.500 nitro express
9.3x74R
375 H&H

I only need 1 cartridge in each caliber. Is anyone willing to help me out? I’m staying in ny state for an extended period of time, or I would just get samples from my home in Texas, but that’s not possible right now and my leather guy lives in upstate New York.

Is it not a law in newyork that ammo has to be sent through FFL ONLY.

For not Loaded brass? Or does the op need loaded cartridges? Could a guy send a brass with seated bullet but no powder or primer? Clarify please
