Would love to hunt a crocodile - but my last plains hunt wanted over 8500.00 for one.I know they are labor intensive and dangerous to retreive--is that the reasons they are so pricey???..I almost thought the nations would pay US to harvest them since they are dangerous to livestock and riverbank "Visitors"...! Thanks

Steve , the expense is in supply and demand based on the limited Cites tags available, also they are a pretty cool trophy and an awesome hunt. FYI, we get 3 time more leopard tags than crocodile tags for export / annum ( crocodile can be easily exploited for their skin and hence a lot of control is vital ).
