These are photos of the remaining 6 trophies. All these were great hunts in their own way. The black impala was made more interesting via a comedy of errors. We originally stalked him to a 180 yard straight on shot, which I didn’t take. Then I took a 316 yard shot which was poorly done and caused a very high nonfatal wound. After tracking and stalking for almost 2.5 hours, we found him again with another ram. After verifying he was my injured impala, with only 20 minutes of good light left, I was only presented with a straight on shot, the same shot I turned down at 180 yards. This time I made a 358 yard shot. The thrilling, or interesting, thing about the mountain reedbuck, common reedbuck and the final waterbuck was I was the one who originally spotted the animal.

16 trophies in 8 days were absolutely thrilling. 14 Euros and 2 shoulder mounts, 2 flat skin rugs, 3 flat skin throws, 1 flat skin tablecloth and a patchwork rug from all the other skins. The Kudu and Nyla hunts where we did several stalks that came up negative, they were the most thrilling. I have booked a return trip in Nick Bowker Safais for March of 2026 to complete my Kudu and Nyla hunts and to add Cape Buffalo. I could not have been happier with the accommodations and food and I was absolutely pleased with my PH Benjamin.

Outstanding hunt, critters and can attest Nick Bowker and PH Benjamin Pringle are the real deal.

Lupo has become one of my favorite rifles the last year or so. There are a couple small tweaks I'd make to the design. But for out of the box hunting rifle, it is extremely hard to beat.

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
