I just read it, Saint Benitez has some great lines in there. We are going to have our shot soon at a SCOTUS that may clearly apply strict scrutiny, that will be out biggest win.

In Kalifornica no less!
That judge better watch his back as the left will want to railroad him out of town. They and George own too many judges in the US and I'm surprised there is still a Constitutional judge in the undemocrat republic of Kalipornia.

I read elsewhere that the judge did place a 30 day hold on his own order to allow appeals to the 9th Circus court. Thats not good, however Trump did manage to get several judges onto that court that are not completely insane libtards, so there is hope.
Eventually it will probably make its way to SCOTUS.

Sadly, there is still little hope the 9th Circus won’t overturn this.. it’s still a court full of people wearing clown shoes...

Also sad, I no longer trust the USSC... Roberts and his ilk have proven more times than I can remember that the court is not nearly as conservative or pro-gun as it claims to be...

There’s a small chance I think that they do the right thing... the 9th Circus is the most overturned circuit court in the country.. even in times where the USSC has leaned much further left...

But I still don’t trust them any further than I can throw them at this point... it’s clear to me a few of the members could care less what the constitution says.. they are only worried about their agendas and being activist justices...

From my experience of the democrat-owned SCOTUS if it goes that high, the appeal is a given. Love to read old manifests from the Lolita Express and see if Robert's name is on it because the left have got something on him.

This SCOTUS is the most friendly on this issue in the history of the court and it isn't even close. That may not result in an outcome I would like to see, but there has never been a better a better court.

Yes, they at times punt the ball, sometimes for good reason, sometimes not. When push comes to shove and they cant avoid making a stand, I think they will stand well for us.

2,822fps, ES 8.2
This compares favorably to 7 Rem Mag. with less powder & recoil.
