SOUTH AFRICA: Jeremy, His Wife, & 10 Year Old Boy

That's a wrap for another great 10 day safari! We had the pleasure of hosting Jeremy and his family on their first South African hunt.

Jeremy's son who's 10 years old, had never taken an animal before, but that didn't stop him. His father took him shooting weekly for months leading up to their trip and let me tell you what, That boy can SHOOT!! The first afternoon he pulled the trigger on his first game animal and dropped it in his tracks. There was no stopping him after that. By the end of the trip I think he managed to out shoot his Father, with a few shot well over 300Yrds. Pretty damn awesome.

Jeremy fulfilled his bucket list goal of killing a Cape buffalo with a compound bow. After multiple intense stalks of not being able to get within 40yrds and ever getting charged one time. We eventually decided it was best to set up in a blind the following afternoon. His patience paid off, when our targeted bull came in and presented a good shot opportunity. Jeremy put a perfect shot on this mature bull at 25yrds, the bull ran maybe 50yrds before collapsing. Another incredible hunt, for a fantastic hard boss bull, a hunt we'll be talking about for years to come.

Not only did Jeremy and his son check off some excellent trophies from their bucket list, but Jeremy's wife was able to do so as well! His wife made a 70+yrd brain shot on this 12ft croc. Cool nerves and Excellent marksmanship for Jeremy and all his family.
