There's a Howa in 375 Ruger, stainless, 24 inch barrel, black Hogue stock for sale on GB for $440. It's about to expire in a couple of hours and might get re-listed.

Howa is the same make and model as the Weatherby Vanguard. This would be a good, inexpensive rifle for someone, as is, or could be a good action and barrel to put on a fancier stock. I'm actually looking at buying a smaller caliber Howa and getting a custom wood stock and make a little project out of it.
