Hello Msasi416 Rigby,

Khomas Highland Hunting Safaris of Namibia, welcomes you to the greatest forum on earth.

I do not know where you can find a .416 Rigby in your country but, I like the cartridge.
And, I hope you find one, as it is a favorite of mine as well.
After reading the outstanding book “Hunter” by J.A. Hunter, I had one built on a CZ action and I love it.
Far as I’m concerned, the original Rigby version is still the best one (huge volume brass case = somewhat lower chamber pressure, while generating decent velocity).

Anyway, I’m always interested in what real Africans have to say about rifles and how they perform on African species.
(I live in Alaska).
