Heym Double Rifle Regulation

I’m pretty knowledgable when it comes to such things but have to admit that I’m stumped by the muzzles of a Heym. I’ve seen two such examples, the business end with no evidence of a regulating wedge of any sort, just two muzzles, the inner surface filed for close contact. The picture below is a 600 NE (from Lewis Drake...along with its target). The other I’ve seen was a 577 NE. Maybe this is how they do the ultra-heavies, not sure, but either way, how the heck do they regulate such an arrangement! @cal pappas , have you anything so say?

My double has a hex bolt at the muzzle that I assume has something to do with regulation....
 
From the looks of the target I would say it will cut meat!
 
Sounds like a Krieghoff or Blaser. If so, it’s meant to be adjustable.
Mines a Rizzini 92S from their custom shop. Just got it, hope to shoot some this week.
