Indeed, the waiting is hard. Been waiting for 9 months now for my Heym 88 PH, still no updates…

Hi Kevin,

i wish I had a 89b to take pictures of. We are in Pretoria at the moment. My wife looked at the 89b with 20gauge bbls. @ Safari Outdoors. If it was not for the export/import problems it would be going home with it.

it is a pretty straight forward procedure Lon, just takes time.

My heym isn't a 88 or 89 so I will enjoy seeing the pictures that others post.

Sorry I don’t have any glamour shots but here is my 375 flanged and I waiting for the snow to end while chasing bears in Wyoming last year…

I can't wait to see you take a buff with that rifle. Come to Africa, we will do an 89b trip.

Do it Lon, it is no big deal, just a bit of time. Life is too short,

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
