Hello happy hunters.

I am Barend Janse van Rensburg, Loving the outdoors, loving hunting. Great site, the splendour of Africa as a mutual interest and of cause it's trophies.

Check out Ruppell Hunting's website >>> Tell me what you think.

My Father, Jan owns Ruppell Hunting and slowly I am becoming part of it.

Good health to you all. May your hunts be prosperous.

Welcome to AH ruppell! Looking forward to your participation.

Well the website does not tell us much as it doesnt seem to have any info to read.

Welcome to the site you will love it.

As sestoppelman stated the website isn't much help, you cannot click on the sidebar to get any info. Nice Kudu though.

Thank's for telling me. Interesting, it works on my computer. I'll make work of that to get it fixed.

To be exact 520$ Have to be good ones

Indeed, Your Web does not work OK in all computers

Not able to see anything on your website:(

You're right indeed nsok. Sorry for that wswat, seems it works on some computers and others not. Hopefully I will have it fixed shortly, currently working on it in a different program.

Sir,

Your website is not working on my computer in the UK. Let us know when it is fixed interested to look.

Namibia...The most beautifull place on earth!

Sterkte met die webwerf!

Website

I've finished, say a third of my website. Still need to do a lot of work.

Home part finished. Hunting part some work done, rules and regulations, essential information, huntable species finished. Working on packing list. Rest nothing done. So, a lot of 404 errors will occur.

Hope this one works!

Website's almost finished only some finishing touches still needed. And one page get info on it (P.H. Trackers and skinners under Ruppell Hunting)

Take a look, tell me what you think?

Starting to look really good!!!
Nice work.

I think You have done a great job so far. I Like the pics on the terrain section and its pretty cool you put the references in there own type. Informative, neat and easy to read.

I do have one question, How did you come up with your logo? It does not look like you offer bird hunting and Usually I see a game animal if one is in a logo. There must be a reason You chose a white wedding style dove. Is there a story behind that? I am not saying there is a problem with it, I was just curious. When I look at your icon on this website it does not make me think of hunting. JMHO

I think it looks fine, great job!

There is actually kind of a story behind the name/logo. In our district almost all the farm names are Herero names, one of the native languages in Namibia. And by far the majority of ranch names in the area starts with Oma- or Otji- or something as such. (The original farm name is Omaue) And my parents did not like that, because now you have a long list of names all starting with O-something so they decided to go with Rüppell, which is an endemic parrot in North western Namibia. I guess they also thought of the difficulty foreigners sometimes have to pronounce these Herero names.

Thanks for the replies!

Thanks for the name explanation....makes perfect sense to me....and why other safari names start with Oma or Otji.

Yes it looks good now even on my computer which was made on Mars, about 4000 years ago! The only thing I would say as an observation is that most will put trophy fees in their excluded list and I dont see it there. Everyone here will know that trophy fees are extra but some people may not. Nice job!

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
