I hunted Africa for the first time in 2012. I will be returning summer of 2014 with a pretty sizeable list. I am relatively new to hunting. So I have no doubt I will learn a great deal from the more experienced hunters on this site. I have many years to hunt Africa, as well as other continents in the world, for years to come. I am hooked.

Welcome to the forum. You will find the members are true gentlemen and ladies. The hunting forum for my home state is filled with immature jokers - you scarcely can find a post that does not contain insults or sarcasm. This site, on the other hand, is informative and serious (in many ways, it is a very educational experience to browse the articles and posts).

In a few weeks I will be taking my first African hunting trip that was all arranged through phone conversations with members on this site.
