My first job was in the National Park

Hugely envious - want to get back before I shuffle off this mortal coil

PS - is that the Park side of the river? I guess so as the picture is looking East ?

My daughter has been in Maun Botswana since last week wednesday. Today they left from the lodge on the river by boat up into the Delta with supplies and camping gear to go camp on an island among the elephant buff and lion......wish I was there....instead I am in Gangsters Paradise dodging the Chinese virus....what a bummer.....I dont think I have enough Brandy to see me through the booze lock down....

Nice for her....bad logistical planning by you....the way they keep cutting you lot off from sustenance I would have a garage full on a contingency basis ....

That is gorgeous, and I understand things are different all over the globe. But - coming from an Alaskan - every time I see the word winter paired with fully green trees and ground vegetation... well, Inigo Montoya comes to mind. ;-)
