Getting trophies measured for SCI - How do you do it? South Africa

My Uncle was a hunter and has about a dozen listings in the SCI record books. To keep people from being harassed by groups that don't understand us SCI now requires you have something in the record books to view game records. This stops people from joining just to harass members. How do you go about getting something in the record books and what is the cost?
