the one with the scope is K4 weaver scope 4x side mount .

That scoped rifle has some of the prettiest wood I've seen on a Garand, and good luck with the sale! My dad had a "Tanker Garand" built on a Winchester receiver sometime in the 1960's sitting in his gun cabinet all through my childhood, and I have a distinct memory of watching him shoot a very low and slow flying buzzard out of the sky with it in the Texas Hill Country in the early 1980's. As I recall, it took him three shots to hit it, but he was eventually successful. In retrospect, spraying 30-06 FMJ's in the air may not have been the best idea... ;-)
