Thanks for the reply. I am aware of that site, but it lists only Port of Entry locations in San Francisco.
I was hoping there was somewhere here in Oakland, maybe not a PoE.

Give them a call in San Fran and ask, there may be officers stationed in Oakland for shipping etc. who can help. But considering they mention every little port in Alaska (where I live) and not Oakland I'm guessing their dealings in Oakland involve them driving from San Francisco so you'll have to drive.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.
