This was sold to me as unfired, and I have not fired this rifle. From the looks of the rifle, it is unfired it has been fired very little. One ding in the stock as shown in pics. Scope is a new Cabelas/Meopta 3-9. It was purchased and mounted on the rifle. $950 for rife, $1150 with scope and rings included. This will ship from an individual to tour FFL.
