It’s a Ruger M77 MK II zytel skeleton stock all weather rifle. There is no carbon. I have this rifle in many calibers. They are real work horses, great rifles once they have a little trigger polishing.

In my opinion the scope mounting system / rings are one of the best made, I’ve done bad weather use for 15 -20 years hard mountain hunting, many flights and never had to re-zero a scope.
