For Sale Remington 788 6mm With Talley Base & Rings

Very nice Rem 788 6mm. Comes with correct 3 screw Talley 1 piece base and low rings. Bolt S/N matches rifle. I believe it is a 1971 production date. 9 lug bolt.
Absolute tack driver with Rem cor-lokt 100 gr. That’s all I tried no need for me to try anything else. These 788’s are made like tanks and this one has a great trigger. I’m no expert but I ran a bore scope and barrel/bore looks excellent to me. Factory mag feeds like butter. I have an extra mag that needs a little lip adjustment but should be easy. I will ship extra mag, 50 rounds of in factory box core lokt to the purchaser (separate from rifle). Ships from my FFL to yours. $850 shipped. Those 788’s are shooters. I have two and you almost have to work at it to get them to shoot over an inch.

Every 788 I've had would shoot better than many other rifles.
I used a 788 in 222rem on prairie dogs. Out to 400yds or so, if I did my part, it was amazing!!
