Gents,

For sale is a Winchester 670 that began life as a 30-06. JES turned it into a 9.3x62. Bluing is 100%. Has Williams fire sights and a period correct front hood. Stock has been refinished with saddle dye and Tru Oil. (The stock previously had a repair under the blind mag; it’s rock solid and very well hidden.) It’s bedded from the chamber forward and floated; also has aluminum pillars. (FYI: If you aren’t a fan of the stock, the 670 will drop into a a blind mag, post-64 M70 stock.) Bolt jeweled by Skip Baldwin. Limbsaver Nitro (1.5”) recoil paid installed. Feed and ejects perfectly. I’ve shot it off the bench at 25 yards with the open sights; very tight groups. The Nitro pad does its job extremely well.

Also for sale (rifle buyer gets first dibs!) is a decent supply of ammo. 5 boxes of S&B 286 grain soft points (+8 rounds in the 6th box); 2 boxes of Nosler 286 grain solids; 4 boxes of Nosler 286 grain partitions.

$850 for the rifle shipped
$315 for the Nosler ammo shipped
$205 for the S&B ammo shipped

OR $1340 for the entire package ($30 discount for buying it all together). Not interested in any trades for rifle or ammo. Payment by check (will wait to ship until it clears).

The rifle will ship via UPS to your FFL insured for the purchase price. (They must accept from an individual!) The ammo will ship directly to you via UPS. Lower 48 only and no sales to California.

Please feel free to PM me with questions but post here to claim.

This is cross-listed; will go by timestamp of claim.

Thanks y’all.

Per a PM: Yes, I am still planning to sell the ammo even if the rifle buyer doesn't want it. (First dibs just meant whoever buys the rifle gets the first opportunity to claim the ammo, too. Sorry if that wasn't clear in the OP.)
