On second thought, I think I will wait and sell this 375 barrel as a package deal with the whole rifle. That way it will make someone a complete African package. If the rifle sells with the 7mm barrel alone, then I'll sell the 375 barrel separately.

So now the deal is

$4375 for complete rifle with 375 barrel and one 1" scope mount.

This is a question that requires way too much logic to answer. However, there is no logical answer. I got really good deals on the first three I bought and between the three I actually turned a decent profit overall. I am a horse trader at heart.
With this last one, I got a decent deal for it being a new gun, and since the Blaser pricing is going through the roof now, I'm hoping to break even on this one and raise some money for some home repairs that just popped up. Also I've decided since I want to use a 416 or 458 on my upcoming Elephant hunt, and I don't want to spend the rather large amount of money it would take to get into a 458 or 416 R8, I'm just going to sell the R8, and put the money towards home repairs and hunt costs.
Also, I had my Winchester 70 416 Remington re-barrelled by SSK and am awaiting it's arrival any day now. It's going to be a stainless 21 1/4" barrel with banded front sight and sling attachment. This will likely be my Elephant rifle if all is well. Selling the R8 will pay for that as well.
