This came with a 416 Rigby I got.
I know nothing about the guy that reloaded this ammo. I have no use for it either as I am shooting Factory Ammo.
Brass appears to have been reloaded a couple times. Not sure. Left 50 is all Norma. Ones turned down are primed only.
Right is Hornady Brass.

If any body can use brass and wants to pull bullets.

Don't know anything about it other than what is in box label. That's why I said if someone wants to pull bullets for brass.
I don't shoot reloads I don't know anything about. And I don't reload
