Has any one used sun choke or Jerusalem artichoke?
I was told deer love the plant and turkey love the tuber.
The biggest reason I am looking at planeting them is late fall flower for bees
If wild life like them that would be a welcome +
The only thing is I was told wild hogs like them about as much as they do chuffa.
