Well I have finally purchased my first double rifle, a practical caliber. 9.3x74R. A shop had a deal on the discontinued Ugex Chapius doubles. It is a single trigger, the only disappointment on the deal, but the price was circa 40% off new and I figured I could live with a single trigger for the price.
Also as the 9.3 wont really be a dg rifle the traditionality of the double trigger, for me, is not quite as important. Should be good for pigs in heavy country etc.
I have always wanted two doubles, one in this caliber for more practicality and a down the track a .500 NE. The .500 NE will need to be two triggers and tick the "traditional" box.
Paid the deposit be a month or two before I have it in my hands.
