Firearms paperwork leaving US

I read somewhere there was new paperwork you needed before leaving US cant seem to find that tread I am leaving in April 2016 last I heard they were waiving paperwork . Is it still same just 4457 and that's it? Thanks

When I was in school, you could look for the answer yourself or ask the librarian . . . guess which one was easier?
