Dehumidifier?

I am currently in the process of converting my garage into my trophy room! With another child on the way I am losing my current room! Just insulated the garage door, attic entrance, and every other spot I could see that needed insulation. Got a mini split Mitsubishi unit installed a week ago and it still feels humid. I have been trying to research dehumidifier units but can’t figure out which brand or size is best? Anyone been through this process that has suggestions?
