Hi all, I'm selling my CZ safari .458 Lott. It has a Kevlar stock which takes all the kick out of gun. I have owned it for a couple of years now and have only ever put 4 shots through it at a target. It has never left the country or seen the African sun. Included in the sale is the remaining 36 hornady rounds I've got for the gun, which re worth a small fortune!!! It works and shoots perfect but I will never use it as I have the use of my 375 and 500 and only bought it so I didn't loose it off my licence at the time. I will put some photos up in the next couple of days. I would like £1200 for the whole lot but would consider sensible offers, thanks for reading. Happy hunting

Good luck!
Anybody looking for a dangerous game rifle......this one will do the trick.
Based on the asking price I think you ar in the UK correct?

Yes I'm in the U.K. Based in the midlands, so central England. There really isn't a lot of dangerous game hunters in the uk

I'm interested in the rifle.

I have emailed you regarding the rifle

Just out of curiosity... how do you change possession of a rifle if the vendor and purchaser are in different countries? If I recall the Canadian rules correctly, I cannot personally import a rifle; if Stalker91 is not licensed to ship to Canada as an authorised vendor, do you use the services of a broker?

Curious minds want to know.

Thanks!

Understood!

@norfolk shooter did you see this? Might need something larger for hippo and such!

If I'm honest I have no idea but I have a friend who deals in importing and exporting rifles to and from Europe, Asia, Africa and the USA so I would just leave it for him to do. I know the USA is a bit of a nightmare when it comes to the import and export of firearms and we have to pay a large amount of tax so is not always worth it if it is even possible!!!

@CAustin my 375 H&H will have everything covered

You are able to import firearms if you have a license. It is the shipping company that needs to have a license to carry the firearm.

I'd check with Canada Post. They carry firearms in Canada. Perhaps they can carry them into the country.
In order to bring a restricted or non-restricted firearm into Canada as a new import, an individual must be at least 18 years old and have a Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) with the licence privileges for the class of firearm that is being imported.

Currently, an import authorization is not required.

I think the exporting country may be more of an issue. International trade in small arms comes to mind.

@Stalker91 have you had a chat with the guys at Holts??

No not yet, I'm avoiding selling it via a auction company because I will have to sell it for half of its value due to there commission and vat they put on. I would just rather sell it to someone that's hunts for less.

Here are a couple of photos of the .458

I might give them a call if I can't sell it direct to someone in the next few weeks.

Where about are thy based??

I'm guessing your on the roe bucks now in Norfolk. Do you have big reds where you hunt??

Nearly had a roe buck on Saturday morning but he moved off at the last minute. The reds are HUGE where I hunt. Might have to save up for the fee on one.
The dealers mentioned are down south in Sussex I think.

Hi All, I would happily trade or P/X this rifle for a hunt or days shooting, or even another rifle in 375, 6.5x55 or 308 or a decent aimpoint, or Swarovski scope. Try me!!
