Customs 404 project

There was guy named custom here. Maybe he is still on here that started a 404 project from a win 70 300 rum. I found this searching online but after progress on page 2 it ended. Does anyone know how this project ended?

Love the rifle. After I got back from Zim I had it restocked by Leroy Barry at Canyon Creek Custom Gunstocks. Not because I had to but because I wanted to. Link below:
