This seems shady or, at least, poor form, especially from a site sponsor. Will wait to see if an explanation or correction is forthcoming (understand it is a weekend). Leaves the impression of false advertising.

For the record, I would have interest in purchasing one of these for the listed price of $899.99.

It doesn't have a good look to it, but I'm reminded of the phrase "never attribute to malice that which can be explained by incompetence". I've had a good experience dealing with EuroOptic in the few times that I've bought from them, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was an honest mistake. That being said, the next right step for them is to post a response here and address it transparently.

Hey guys
So, After I posted this ad up here on Friday & left the office it looks like pricing was changed on Saturday - It has been reverted back as of this morning at 8:30 AM 8.25.25
I am unsure of how long this pricing will last, More than likely til the middle or end of this week.
These rifles at 1199.99 are a great deal, 899.99 is even better - If you are interested I definitely recommend acting fast as they will not last long.

I apologize for the confusion
Jake

Thanks for clearing things up, I just now saw this and went to order one but they must have sold out pretty quick as they are now unavailable.

Okay, I got more clarification on this
The initial price reflected a limited allocation that has now sold out. We’ve secured additional product, but at a higher cost from the supplier. The current price reflects that new allocation.
As of the time of this email there remains only 23 units available at the $899.99 price
- My purchasing manager as of noon today

in essence, we always try to ensure our customers are getting the LOWEST price possible - this deal took some special attention, congratulations to anybody who got one of the 50 below $1000 ; to anybody still interested at the 1199.99 price tag, Please PM me before you order and I will try to sweeten the deal up as best i can.

I apologize for the run around, Had I known this would be happening I would have worded the first post very very differently
Thank you for your time
-Jake

Hanlon's razor - my son introduced this to me. Not that I thought people purposely tried to be malicious all the time, but it did fit what usually happened.

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
