I have similar thoughts. I did read up on the .358win at some point and probably saw reviews on the .338Federal. A mate had one for a short time.Never explored these. When I was younger I was not interested in them or did not know them. Now it would be just couple more calibers I would need to buy stuff for.
Basically I have tried to stick to common chamberings that are well supported by factory ammo or cases and dies available everywhere.
The first less common cartridge was a 7mm-08 and I later took on a .280ai.
But I do consider the expense of having to much variety and keeping track of of reloading multiple cartridges
