Bullseye Taxidermy Vaalwater Pictures?

Ok I'll have to check them out I normally use coppersmith. Heard some people saying there can be a lot of port fees by sea. What port is yours coming to?
It will be Huston I believe. Genus logistics has an office there that they said they could receive it.

I'm curious if anyone here has pictures of finished mounts done by Craig and his team at Bullseye?
I just got my shipment today from Bullseye. I’m actually upset that I didn’t just settle for pictures.

How do you mess up euros and flat skins?

Skull is barely secured to the shield. Teeth are missing or just waiting to fall out. Horns don’t fit securely onto the skulls by any stretch of the imagination.

And the only shipment I’ve ever had packed with moth balls. Can’t even take the stuff into the house.

I’ve had taxidermy done with Lifeform, Highveld, and Karoo. All have provided at a minimum an account end product. Bullseye managed to provide the African taxidermy everyone warns about.

Just my experience. YMMV

I had all my trophies done by Craig and his team and was pleased with the quality of the work and how helpful they were when answering my 1000 questions. Pics of their work can be found on my page here

I can only add my perspective and interaction with Bullseye.
They have done (in the house already) around five mounts for us. Firstoff their communication is outstanding, even after you send payment. There was an issue with the buff shoulder mount and once I brought it to Craig's attention, the issue was made right in a couple days.
I feel their quality is very good, not competition quality but for my eye their work is better then any I've seen in SA and I don't have to wait 3 years to maybe receive my mounts back.
Knowing the above, they now have 3 trips worth of taxidermy either at their location or being imported to their location. Somewhere around 15 items in all and feel they will come through like they have for us thus far.

I am headed to SA next month for my first time. i am looking into having the taxidermy done at Bulls Eye Taxidermy. Pros and cons? Also looking to ship taxidermy back to Upstate New York. Does anyone have any rough pricing?

thank you in advance

Finished taxidermy or euro mounts? I had euro mounts done for everything. Overall they did a fairly good job. They don't seem to be concerned with the teeth falling out so 2 of mine had quite a few teeth missing, which was a bummer. They did a good job packaging and securing everything. Nothing broke loose or shifted during my shipment. Total charges from African Legacy Logistics including air freight to ATL then Dallas was $1364 for me with dimensions 112X99X48cm. It was 5 total euro mounts so not a huge crate. Then shipping to AR was another $450 or so.

I had 3-4 animals mounted in 2022 by Bulleye's Taxidermy, they were great to deal with, I would not hesitate to use their services again. I remember getting the following mounted, yellow blesbok, golden wildebeest, black impala and I cannot recall the other animal. Again, I was very impressed with all aspects of the small job they did for me.

Then 2500 shipped via cargo ship to Houston, but this contains a giraffe and eland mount so most shipments are probably going to be smaller and cheaper than mine. But based on other shipments ive seen here, I was expecting a bigger shipping price.
Overall great experience so far, they are really good at communicating and the pictures I have gotten show very good quality. I am hopefully getting my mounts back mid-February, so I give an update once I get them stateside.

All went really well with my finished Bullseye Taxi from my 2023 hunt. Go for a visit and get the 10 cent tour if you have time. The Warthog and Impala in this pic are two of my four from Bullseye.

To be fair, did the teeth arrive in the skulls to the taxidermist? Many teeth fall out when they are boiled and cleaned in camp. Just curious.

Do you have any cull hunts available? 7 days, daily rate plus per animal price?
